Pet Expo Saturday February 24th, 2018 9:00 AM until 01:00 PM Location: Coggon Center Map: 408 Linn St Coggon IA 52218 See all of the animals attending this event. Event DescriptionPet Expo, on Saturday, February 24, from 9 - 1, is sponsored by the Coggon Area Betterment Association, Faith Mission Thrift Store, the Linn Newsletter, Community Savings Bank and Theisen's of Cedar Rapids NE. The Pet Expo will be held at the Coggon Center in Coggon, Iowa, where, you can meet service dogs and greet McGruff the Crime Dog from 10 - Noon. In addition to exhibits by merchandisers, animal organizations, and pet foundations, apprehension and narcotics detection demonstrations by the Linn County K-9 unit are scheduled at 10 and Noon and Deafinitely Dogs will be doing presentations on service dogs at 11 and 12:30. Pet Expo is open to the public and leashed pets. Free admission for veterans and kids under 12, with a $5 admission fee for all others. A portion of the admission fees will be donated to the Linn County K-9 unit and Deafinitely Dogs, a Linn county provider of assistance dogs. You may also bring non-perishable food items to donate to the Linn County Veteran Affairs food pantry.
